Can you please explain what you mean? Where is the disabling protocol? Getting Google loaded is veeeeery slow. It looks as if it is an Eset issue as if Eset makes google unlock many doors before it can be loaded. Google continues to tell me that 'there is a problem' and I have noticed that Eset is working when this message comes up. Rachel

I am running on a windows 7 platform. Gmail has been consistently give me a 'something's not right message' and the system is very very slow. It would appear that Eset is perhaps blocking the application. Google tells me that I should 'whitelist' a number of extensions that are provided to circumvent the problem. If this is indeed the case here, where in Eset would I add these extensions? Help will be appreciated. thank you
