Is there a way to find out why a product is not activating, like a log?
All we get is this generic error message which is not detailed.
We have two licences spare and certificate is present, so it's not an issue there.
We have also moved over to a new server on a new IP which could have caused this. Although we know that the new Remote Administrator server is working well because we can push policy changes through it and install newer version of the agent through it to workstations.
