This morming I had about 40 machines with the problem. For me also a reboot of the ESMC server solved the problem. Mysterious but not satisfying

Hi there, I have the same problem on some (now 2) machines..... Checked everything. seems to be OK, but still the problem. On one machine (with internet connectivity) I disabled the firewall, then it worked. But the other one has no Internet connection, so disabling the firewall gave no solution. CU

The ESET product description states that a software inventory is included. I would have expected an inventory of all installed software products. When I look through the Management Center, I only find the installed ESET software products. Can I also inventory all the "other" installed applications? If so, how? Thank you

Remote scan startetd more than once

I think I found out the reason for multiple scans: In my dashboard I have a selection "last scans". There were several machines not scanned. After selecting details I perhaps clicked on the name of the static group and not on the machines name for sending a on-demand scan. So a lot of machines received the command -

As you can see in the screenshot, The 4 Tasks started exacty at the same time. I only sent the task once The same is shown at other machines. -
I started a remote scan on some of my machines. But there you can see, that the scantask runs more than once. on My machine (see the screenshot), it runs 4 times parrallel. It is not the only one, whre this happens. Is this a known issue? I Updates last week from Eset 6.x to 7 Is the a way to stop the remote initiated tasks on the machines?

I have a lot of clients without an internet connection. So I need to update the endpoint product by mirror. How should I proceed to change endpoint to the new version without updating all of my clients in one rush? Do you have an idea? Thanks -

Hi, if I update my mirror to Endpoint 6.6 (it is my ERA server), the new 6.6 clients will get their updates from there correctly. Ok, but do all my other clients with client version 6.5 receiving the updates still in the right way? I do not want to make experiments Thanks -

Hi Michal, no, the client is not a cloned client. But there is no more investigation needed. The client is shown "normal" this monday morning again. I do not know what happend with ERA last week, this was the first time after more than one year, I had a behavior like this. -

As I can see in the client details in ERA, the client is shown with its old data of license. Suddenly a license is "used" that ends in February 2016. I deleted the client in ERA, and it came back with the same shown error -
Hi, what happens here? On one of my clients today is shown red and in the details you can see "License expired". Client rebootet, still the same. On the client everythin looks fine. It is only on one client. Anyone an idea what happens here? Also the installed version is shown as 6.2.2033.1. But installed is 6.4.2014.2 Thank TomTomTom

Hi there, I want to have a list of my computers in my network where a standardgateway is set in the network properties. Most of them have no internet access, but several have. Now I want to have an overview, if someone with admin rights had set the standardgateway to get internet access. Is this possible with a report, created in ERA? Thanks TomTomTom

Activation not working out of the box

Had the same problm this week with one of my clients. Everything worked fine for several months. But after a reboot the computer was red in the ERA Console and details showed the product is not activated. Nothing helped but the new installation of ESET client. -
Hi there, I have a set of computers in a static group. A policy is assigned to these computers. Also settings for the firewall are done in this policy (rule 1). Now I have 2 computers in this group where I want to extend the firewallsettings. But only for these 2. If I generate a new rule (rule 2) and assign it to the 2 computers the origin settings are lost. How do I have to configure the settings so that they are in addition all the settings (rule1 and rule 2). Thanks in advance
