How do you assess whether to block a web page? I ask because the webpage www.statestimesreview.com is blocked by your software. I know this website is unpopular with the Singapore authorities, so am wondering if they have either pressured you to block it or whether malicious third parties have informed you this page has a problem. Or have those third parties infected the page? This puzzles me all the more because computers I own without NOD32 have no problem accessing that page, and I do not find any threats emanating from there.
