Dears Eset team I need to know when the release of Eset v 7 will be launched ?? What is the difference between 6 and 7 ..? I have Eset Version 5 customers ..what is your recommendation regarding the upgrade ,,to upgrade from 5 to 7 or to upgrade from 5 to 6 and then to 7 ... Thanks

it was upgrade but we do reboot the server. it is Microsoft windows server 2008 and 2003 also

we try to reboot ,also we manually remove Av using Eset uninstaller tool.and again the issue appear..

I era server setting i found the IP of server it self appeared on server setting proxy (my network have not proxy server the internet is direct)

Dear All, Actually, i am confused about the setting of proxy because there is multiple setting on av client ,under update---->http proxy--->proxy mode and also it is found in Tools--->proxy server On ERA server under Admin--->server setting---->advance setting--->http proxy as well as the agent policy applied on all client (use http proxy) . which setting should be done to allow update and what is the use of each setting..

i meant ,each time clients try to install Eset solutions,, the server contact internet or there is cashing on the server (it connect to internet only one).If there any setting to do for this cash ??
