Just installed Endpoint for MAC + Remote Agent on a Macbook Air OSX Sierra. Scan found several Threads from Trojan to Adware. First i scanned the File with "without cleaning" because i first wanted to see what was found. after that i scanned the target with a scan and the cleaning option. now if i look on the found threads it says the following: ACTION ERROR: Unable to clean. For Example this is the File Location: (ESET won't show me the absolute Path...maybe too long?) file:////Volumes/MobileBackups 1/Backups.backupdb/Davids MacBook Air/2017-06-24-115304/Macintosh HD/Users/davidomoayere/Library/Mail/V4/5F8130D6-8B1D-44CA-AE61-56BD1BFFA8EC/Gesendete Elemente.mbox/0F3410EE-8CC3-4142-BDB3-3EB6FC32DD6F/Data/6/2/9/Attachm... What can i do to remove those Threads? Live CD available for MAC? (Didn't found one).

hi, how can i find out the sender of an infected email? in era i can only see the computer and the threat type. Example vom ERA: COMPUTER NAME 172.16.20.77.pc829.XXXX.PC THREAT NAME VBA/TrojanDownloader.Agent.DJJ OBJECT URI /Telex Applicaton.zip SCANNER Email filter - Outlook I just want to find out if it is a email which has been in the inbox before eset installation or if it is a email which was received today. (cant find it in exchange and cant find it in our cloud service tool which scans mails before they come to our exchange server). is it possible to see more informations about the found threat and its way to the inbox?

For me it looks like restoring via Client Task + rescanning worked. No detection anymore. Hope it stays the same after our Clients Login on Tuesday

Is it possible to tell ESET that it should not scan the Content of an E-Mail? We are using a E-Mail Filtering Service which is sending a Report every day. The Report includes Informations about blocked E-Mails. Screenshot: ESET scans the content of those Spam-Reports follows the Preview URL and detects the URL's as SPAM/Malware...can i exclude the Sender of those Reportmails from Spamfiltering?

hi, which category responsible for blocking the whole windows update servers in eset webcontrol??? if only adult filter is on it works but with some others, like gambling, shopping, it denys access to windows update and the logfile doesnt show me which category is blocking it....

Update: And if i create a rule which allows for example www.google.de the client is able to load google.de without problems..

Just logged some Information with Wireshark. I really cant see any Problem. It connects to Our HTTP-Proxy, and then gets its informations back. but it is really really slow. page needs 5 Minutes to load. If i disable my the Filtering Rule which doesnt contain ANYTHING. It is working fine ^^

okay i will log some of the traffic. just for information: the network traffic is redirect through an HTTP-Proxy from our Intranet to the WWW. Could that be a problem for ESET? Because our Computers which are "directly" connected to WWW are not having those issues.

and if i remove my Rule to use Group1 with ZERO Categorys activated, it can connect.

Hi, i have another problem if i activate the ESET Security Webcontrol Filtering with just Group1 for Filtering it totally blocks me Exchange Connection, Local Webserver, etc. If i uncheck everygroup in Group1. It still stays the same. I found out that Webserver and Exchange is filtered through "not categorized" so i unchecked this but still not working. so i would really like to use that feature to block several malware,porn,etc,sites through the category options. but still with every category unchecked, it kills my connection to exchange and webserver AND it is NOT logging anything in the Logfile... any ideas?

Hi, just activated Personal Firewall in ESET Security and on Learning Mode it says it can't create rules. If im using Interactive Mode it asks me if i want to accept an connection but then it says the same thing... what can i do?? before endpoint security i had antivirus endpoint installed...eset is activated and the antivirus is removed.

Hi, i just installed ESET Endpoint Antivirus + Agent through the new Installer feature. The Client connects through Internet to my ERA Server. It worked everytime since now. The Client is not visible in my ERA-Server. But its activated, it downloaded my Policys and it is visible in the ELA Overview. The Client should show up in the static Group "ADM-Laptops" but i cant see it. Its name is PC845 and with a Global search i cant find it too. How is that possible?? Bug?

Never seen it before and can't find anything on Google. thanks ---- Maybe it occours because of two Client Tasks which never ended. Tried to remove Mobile Phone (Android) ESET Agent ?? I also removed those tasks

Hi, will ESET offer an Cloud Mail Gateway which scans Mails through MX Records?. Or is the "offline" Mail Gateway Suite the only Option at the moment?

For anyone who is searching for the same Option... You can see it in your ELA Panel https://ela.eset.com/SecurityAdmin/UnitManagement/ There you can see "Activated" Computers. And so you are able to see which Computer was last registered to your License.

hi. is it possible to create a template which shows me the (for example) computers which are activated through my eset license for the last 14 Days ? cant figure out how to do that in my ERA Template Generator. anybody using something like this?
