    ok let me see in era but if i have radmin remote desktop software and its installed in different location in 1 pc software installed in root drive , in 2nd pc software installed in d: drive so what i do in that case for exclusion. Regards Vimarsh P.

    hello you can use batch file creation by download setup from eset website & put setup's in root/Apache/htdocs/eea_nt32.msi & create live agent installer and edit it via proxy server settings and run batch file in other system. Vimarsh.P

    Hello Team After install Eset V.9 or V8 new builds on Windows 8.1 Pro System Hang On Startup. I troubleshoot startup all is ok when i disabled eset service (ekrn.exe) or rename ekrn.exe also check try to delay but same issue system hangs on startup. i attach some log to you form sys inspector please check it & reply me soon.
