i'm running chrome v.51 stable, on a windows 8.1 desktop smart security opens the secured browser window when i go to online banking etc but it does not have the 'secured by ESET' bit at the top, it looks like just a standard chrome window as the notice isn't there, i'm assuming it's not secured by ESET .. whats gone wrong?

eset is blocking my ebay and google etc ... this happened the other month, now is happening again trying to run a business here and this doesnt help!
