Hello, i am using End point security on win server 2008 r2 and eset on win 7 licensed version, i see the notification that the version reached to end of life. i try to download multiple source file but keep showing not supported operating system. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

hi, i am totally screwed up, the eset server was down, i try to restart the services no use,even i tried eset admin server no success. so i reinstall the eset admin server.now it not showing the domain users who already has agent and antivirus. All users failed to update the database through the server, seems like eset not synch with domain users computer. any help would be appreciated thanks

Hi, Is there anyway to set Era server to Download update on Local drive to serve clients. So clients pc can directly take update from Shared driver instead of going through Internet.

The clinet pc whic i try to instal is already turned off firewall. I can able to ping and able to access the drives via IP or Computer name.

Yes the same but when i uninstall manually from client pc and try to deploy via era. It shows unknow.

Hello. i just uninstalled ESET admin server&console ver 5 and installed ERA ver 6. Already 100 users have ESET endpoint antivirus vers 5.0225. when i give synch option on era for domain users sunch, its show many invalid users and computer and other personal pc. now i want to add each users using IP address to Eset server and update the new Licence for 100 users.
