  1. EDTD is enabled. Customer using 400 Endpoints and issue occurred today only 43 systems.
  2. ESET Dynamic Threat Defense is not accessible warring massage show in ESMC console. but no any alert in ESET Endpoint Security dashboard, so find attached ESET Log Collector log and do needful. ees_logs.zip
  3. ESMC Server can't install and error occurred Service 'ESET Security Management Center Server' (EraServerSvc) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services. Find attached logs and do needful logs.rar
  4. Our customer using ESET Endpoint Protection Advance in 400 system and Device Control configured with blocked Disk Storage & Portable Device He facing issue randomly in some system is stuck off when user is working and Keyboard and Mouse is hang up therefore forcefully shut down and restart it. If disable Device Control completely after issue not occurred. OS: Windows 10 Pro x64 Product: ESET Endpoint Antivirus 7.0.2091.0 So find attached ESET Log Collector log and do needful as soon.
  5. Critical error during installing EM Agent v7.0.577.0 and installation rolling back, but EES v7 and ERA Agent v.6.4 installed successfully. See attached installer log. agentint.log
  6. ESET NOD32 Antivirus can't install using Live installer and error in bootstrap log. [2018.11.30 07:24:13] BTS dbg Setting property "bts.token.error" to value "20031". [2018.11.30 07:24:13] BTS fat Initialization failed. We have upgrade ESET Management Agent by ESMC Components Upgrade task, but task failed in some clients and show trace error 1."File already exists 'C:\ProgramData\ESET\RemoteAdministrator\Agent\EraAgentApplicationData\Data\upgrade.json'. Cannot continue with agent upgrade" 2. "ReadUpgradeStatus: Upgrade of Agent from version '6.5.522.0' to '7.0.553.0' failed. Updater ServiceSpecificExitCode is 1603: (0x643), Fatal error during installation" So how to resolved issue?   9. We have install ESET Security Management 7 and also install ESET Mobile Device Connector, "Recent update attempts failed" warring massage in ESMC Console. ESET Security Management Center (Server), Version 7.0 (7.0.553.0) ESET Security Management Center (Web Console), Version 7.0 (7.0.413.0) ESET Security Management Center Mobile Device Connector Version 7.0.394.0 Also we try to run Update Module Task with clear update cache, but same issue. Found error in trace log from C:\ProgramData\ESET\RemoteAdministrator\MDMCore\Logs 2018-08-22 11:34:15 I [11564] Module Update: Perform update start 2018-08-22 11:34:18 I [11564] Module Update: Perform Update: ICU(4294969904) 2018-08-22 11:34:18 E [11564] Module Update: Failed to update modules: Perform Update: UpdPerformUpdate failed with error: Undocumented serious error (code: 0x101e).   10. eraagent service can't start during installation, but ESET File Security installed success. OS: MS Windows Server 2008 so please find attach msilog and need helpful. agent.log
  11. ESET Endpoint Protection depolyed in 25 systems & Scheduled On-Demand Computer Scan task daily @11:00 with disable invoke ASAP if event missed, but scheduled task excute in system start after 12:00 AM. So please see attached screenshot for information & solve issue.
  12. Scheduled scan not run in clients and see report : today (13- oct.) run on-demand scan task in only 3 system.

ESET Endpoint Protection depolyed in 40 systems & excute On-Demand Scan task with daily @11:00 in client task, but scheduled On-Demand Scan task are not triggered automatically in many systems, also ERA clients communicate with server successfully. ESET Remote Administrator Version 6.5 (6.5.522.0) ERA depolyed in MS Windows Server 2012 R2 ESET Endpoint Security V.6.5.2107.1 So please see attached On-demand Computer Scan report and give solution as soon. scl.zip
  14. Archives scanning already disabled, also check rnv30059.sclgscl.erp system take more time to scanning instead of other system , see attached scheduled scan report Computer+Schedule+Scan+Report.zip

  16. Dear Sir, Multiagent is overloaded. Some clients failed to report their status in the last hour. alert in ERA console. Database: Microsoft SQL Server ERA Version: V.6.5 Also find attached error screenshot. So do needful.
  17. How to configure filter virus database signature older more than 3 days in custom report template in ERA v.6.5.
