EraRDSensorSvc failed to start error during installation. 1.Uninstall RDSensor using ESET Uninstaller tool in safe mode, but same issue, 2. Enable to administrator account and try to install RDSensor, but issue remains. 3. Disable HIPS Protection after try to install RDSensor. check attached installer log and do needful asap. RDSensor_inst.log

Unable to add License key in ESET License Manager and give error "Sorry for the inconvenience, there was an error processing your request."

We used ESMC v7.1 and all Endpoint security update using Apache HTTP Proxy, recently module update failed error in some endpoint. Apache HTTP Proxy service running, but hxxp://localhost:3128/index.html not access, restart service after issue resolved. Issue occurred in randomly after some days, so find attached Apache HTTP Proxy logs and do needful. logs.zip

Huge memory usage of ekrn.exe process

Our Customer using EEPA 400 users license and facing issue huge memory usage of ekrn.exe process in ESET File Security. Approx. 15-16 GB memory consumption by ekrn.exe process and also pause all ESET Protection one-by-one, but same issue. Dear Sir, Our customer using ESET Internet Security v12.0.31.0 and he facing issue in 4 systems, Unable to access internet in Google Chrome and webpage can’t display or page unresponsive. Observation: 1. Issue not occurring in other browser (Edge or Internet Explorer) 2. Already ESET Firewall filtering mode set to Learning state. 3. Pause Web Access Protection and SSL/TLS, but issue not resolved 4. Issue resolved after pause Firewall Protection. Solution: remove all firewall rules in ESET Advance Setup. Collect ESET Log Collector log with Advance diagnostic logging and Procmon log and upload it here.
