  1. I see this post is 2½ years old so presumably somewhere there is an easy fix for this issue? I have many WIndows 7 machines on which Windows update consumes 100% of the processor as soon as ESET Remote Administrator Agent is installed (even before any endpoint is installed). I've installed Microsoft KB2664888 patches which is the only solution on the ESET site, but without success. Not all machines have the issue, but a fair percentage do. Any help appreciated, my ESET roll out is turning out to be very painful, the whole product seems to be a triumph of style over functionality.
  2. Hi All, first post on this forum. Can anyone offer on advice on how to create a dynamic group to contain any devices found from the imported AD computers which do not have an agent installed. I've tried Installed Software.Application name, Contains, ESET Remote Administrator Agent NOR I've manage to create Groups to pick up WIndows OS, Windows Server OS, Endpoint AV not installed, but not this one. Can't believe that these sort of rules are not in the system out of the box. Thanks Simon
