Clients were autoactivated using the task on server with a trigger. But there was more than 24 hours, and still not licence update on clients now

Using ESET Remote Administrator 6 Licence on clients expiring on 21/02/2017 I renewed licence, synchronize with ELA, now expiring on 21/02/2018 on server But clients still show expiration in 12 days and do not update their licence expiration time. A lot of users calling me about this. What should I do to update licence expiration on clients?

I am actually trying to deploy Endpoint Antivirus remotly. I created an installation task with one selected client, selecting install package and trigger But task never start when it should start as soon as possible. I tried to switch to a one time task starting at a selected time. But not better, it just does not start Any idea for me ?

Actually trying to upgrade from ESET Endpoint Antirus V5 to V6 Is it mandatory to install ERA Agent first to deploy V6 Antivirus?

Actually upgrading from ESET 5 to 6 on a new servers After some difficulties to deploy clients, I succeeded for one I finally found that it needs to be activated (was automatic in version 5 when connected to server, huge regression there, additionnal step needed, additionnal burden) Tried to create a task for activating client, but it just never launch. Trigger could be "as soon as possible" or in 2 mn, the task dont start. I am unable to activate client right now Any help?

I am actually trying to migrate to ESET 6 from 5 to a new server (Windows 2012 instead of 2003) A lot of difficulties until now. Just succeeded in deploying 1 client but...it shows as unactivated despite server having 0/250 licences used Did not found how to activate it Any help there?
