  1. The security report frequently sets the statistical data to zero across all categories. In the attached picture, all the flat spots are zero.
  2. I've finally got BPP working with FF 61.0.2. I've no idea what fixed it, apart from playing around with FF.
  3. No, the only way to get a secure firefox browser is to set FF as the default browser and launch the ESET Banking & Payment protection shortcut.
  4. Win 7x64 EIS 11.2.49.0 Is banking and payment protection compatible with Firefox 61? IE 11 works fine but firefox doesn't work for me.
  5. There's definitely a bug in Connected Home Monitor. Devices listed in "Connected this month" are lost when the system is rebooted.
  6. Pico updates have finally resumed, so all is well.
  7. What has happened to the pico updates? I've not received any in the last four days.
  8. Right click the tray icon and temporarily Pause protection, then try running ESET Log Collector again.

  11. You need to remove all the leftovers from Qihoo Total Security. Run Autoruns (as admin) and when it has finished scanning scroll down until you see the publisher as Qihu/Qihoo 360. Go to the file that the autoruns entry points to and delete the file. Then right click on the Autoruns entry and delete. note: You may need to do this in safe mode.
  12. Download Autoruns and extract the zip to its own directory. Run Autoruns as Administrator. Once it starts, press the Esc key and configure as follows: Under Options, make sure everything is unchecked except for 'Hide Empty Locations' Under Options -> Scan Options, make sure that 'Verify code signatures' is checked. Press Refresh (F5) to restart the scan. When it has finished, Save the log (Ctrl+S) as the default Autoruns data type (*.arn) Zip the log and attach to your next post.
  13. Boot the computer into safe mode. Change ESET Service startup type to Automatic. Check the Recovery tab and ensure all failure actions are set to "Restart the Service". Reboot

  16. Yes, with Self-defense disabled the error is not present.
  17. Yes, each pico update is less than 1 KB. Currently there are 10 pico updates since the last engine update.
  18. The ScRegSetValueExW error is a by-product of ESET's Self-Defense and causes no problems.

  20. stats.g.doubleclcick.net redirects to a scam site so I'd definitely block communication.
  21. The memory usage by pwm.exe is usually in the range 110,000 to 120,000 K. I've no idea why it's that high, but your usage is typical of the process.

  23. An ask or deny rule for Direct access to disk is never triggered. It used to alert when overwriting the MBR etc, but not anymore.
