Hello everyone,
we're having a massive problem concerning the distribution of the ERA agent in our local company network. We tried the two main options:
1) Distribution via ESET Remote Administrator, which reported:
1.1) Task finished successfully (but the Windows event log shows, that the installation failed)
1.2) Failed to synchronize package repository (GetFile: Error reading HTTP response data (0x4e2a))
2) Distribution via MSI package and .mst file, which apparently fails because of missing authorizations (this is the end of the file, full log available on request).

Error 1603 description from Microsoft:
You may receive this error message if any one of the following conditions is true:
The folder that you are trying to install the Windows Installer package to is encrypted.Not the case.
The drive that contains the folder that you are trying to install the Windows Installer package to is accessed as a substitute drive.Not the case, I even tried to install from a local path on the target computer.
The SYSTEM account does not have Full Control permissions on the folder that you are trying to install the Windows Installer package to. You notice the error message because the Windows Installer service uses the SYSTEM account to install software.I checked all permissions and gave full control to the SYSTEM account.
Does anybody have any idea of how to solve this problem? Maybe similar experiences? Please let me know, we cannot afford installating the agent manually on every computer.
