  1. A general question regarding Dynamic Groups: it seems that only clients are listed which are currently online?! Is that true?
  2. Hi, I've made several tests with creating some Dynamic Groups filtering clients with ESET Endpoint Antivirus which are not up to date (in this case clients != 6.3.2016.1). But it doesn't work properly. My Expression (in my last test) is: Until now I've didn't found the correct expression which list all the clients without the latest version. Would be great if someone could help me.
  3. Hi, we have the same issue in our company. We have round about 250 clients with the latest version of ESET/ERA/Agent. But we're not using Windows Server 2008 R2 or Windows 7 on client side. We're using Windows Server 2012 R2 and Windows 8.1/10. But it seems that the bug is also present on these systems. Systems freezing randomly. All posted possible solutions didn't fix the problem. But downgrade to version 5 (Endpoint Antivirus) helped (or just remove ESET ). But that couldn't be the solution. Someone else who has this problems with Windows 8.1/10?
  4. Hi. Many thanks for this reply. It seems that Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 are also effected by the bug. Maybe not THIS bug, but another one with similar symptoms. It's not possible for us to initiate the crash manually. We have to wait until system freeze next time. Have configured one of the "freezing" system, so that a dump should be create.
  5. Hi, we've the same problem here. In our company we have round about 250 clients with ESET v.6.2.2033.1. 40-50 clients have problems with "freezing" (Win 7/8.1/10). We don't know why. Several clients, several OS, several Hardware. When we disable ESET on the workstations all is working fine. We've replaced the "network.dll" as described here: hxxp://support.eset.com/kb2567/. Regarding the hotfix: It's not possible to execute the Hotfix on Windows 8.1 or 10. Is there another Hotfix available or is it not necessary. If we downgrade the certain clients to version 5 all is working fine. What can we do?
