I appreciate itman, Excuse me, at least for the moment I can't afford to pay for Eset Internet or Smart Security. For the time being I would like to do my best to manage with Windows Firewall, not another free firewall yet. I intentionally blocked all the Outbound and Inbound traffic. I have been trying to create manual rules for each program, service and port. I would be very grateful if someone could say if there are known manually created Inbound and Outbound rules for NOD32 Antivirus. Thank you.

Considering that all the Inbound and Outbound traffic is blocked at all and all the rules should be add manually. Regards.
