Hi Dan, Here is some more information according to one of our business support representatives: The ERA Web Dashboard is a tool for ERA administrators, so it is not possible to disable authentication; but you can choose to use an ERA user account that has a blank password. Once you authenticate it will stay logged in until you select logout. The Rasberry Pi should allow you to connect a USB keyboard to do the initial authentication with.

  10. Hi Norberto, Apparently you aren't the only one experiencing this issue. We are currently investigating the cause of this issue, so I recommend keeping an eye on the aforementioned thread and checking back here for updates. I'll update you if I get more information.

Maybe this article will help, though it is worth noting that the steps in the article represent a temporary solution and are not guaranteed to address your specific issue.
