Hi PHC, just wanted to see if you found anything out. If not, I will probably open a ticket next week as well.

I'm opening a ticket. I'm a domain admin so I know it's not a user rights issue. Yea, my testing confirms this as well. Im guessing its a policy issue, but am not sure.

Having the same issue. Right-clicking the eset icon in the system tray does nothing. Opening from the start menu doesn't work either (although an icon appears in the task bar.) Seems random in that it works on one computer, but not on another that is 'identical' with a user with the same permissions/group membership etc.
