Marcos received kudos from hnksnr in 9.0.2046.0 Release and 9x auto update
The release has been delayed by a few days due to the release of hotfixes for older versions 8.x.

Marcos received kudos from Leonardo in Two strange powershell processes (maybe coinminers?)
A detection will be added: PowerShell/Agent.GZ trojan

Marcos received kudos from Leonardo in Banking & Payment Protection
Do you have the latest version 15.1.12 installed? If not, try uninstalling the current version, download the installer from www.eset.com and install it. If you have the latest version. Try uninstalling and reinstalling it even if you have have the latest version and the issue persists after a reboot.

Appears that LiveGuard helped a lot to receive 100% L1 detection in this test: https://avlab.pl/en/recent-results/

Marcos received kudos from Aryeh Goretsky in Help. Stop "Threat Found" from a safe site.
You will have to exclude HTML/ScrInject.B detection globally in every file or website at your own risk.

Marcos received kudos from mallard65 in 2 weeks no ticket support (repeatedly). Took our money and ran?
EMS checks for a license registered to the email address used by the Google Play account on the device. If no license is found, a freemium version is activated. If you use a Google Play account associated with a different email address than your ESET registration email address, you can enter the license key yourself in the main menu -> License to activate a paid version of the product.

The obfuscated javascript is JS/Adware.ClickAdu, the detection is correct, it's NOT a false positive. There are several different detections and blocks of this script so the easiest thing to avoid detections and block would be by disabling protocol filtering or http/https scanning which we cannot obviously recommend for security reasons.

Marcos received kudos from mallard65 in device locked
Is the device actually locked by ESET? Did you enable SIM card matching and changed the SIM card or deleted any contact on the SIM card?

What website are you referring to and how do you know it was 100% not compromised?

Marcos received kudos from New_Style_xd in More LiveGuard Concerns
A notification would appear if you attempted to run a file which is temporarily blocked by LiveGuard while waiting for a verdict.

Marcos received kudos from BRK_Hyper in Issue with rebooting a Server where EES installed (after reboot deinstalled)
As of now you can use EES on a server as long as it works for you. However, it is not officially tested and supported.

Marcos received kudos from 100 in EIS 15.1.12: Integration in Windows Live Mail on Windows 7 (x64) is broken
This is a known issue, should be fixed in the next version of ESET products.

Make sure that you have logging of all blocked operations disabled in the advanced HIPS setup. If the HIPS log contains too many records, you can delete the appropriate dat file in safe mode.

Marcos received kudos from Leonardo in More LiveGuard Concerns
If you are able to reproduce the situation when files are temporarily blocked by LiveGuard but are not listed in the Sent files log, I could provide you with a logging module to get more info about what's going on.

A detection for your sample was added yesterday. You can also submit samples via the built-in form, but I'd recommend not to submit anonymously. For some reason a lot of users submit anonymously without entering the email address, yet they expect us to reply.

Marcos received kudos from Cango in Chrome, Edge crashing with 0xc0000022 after Windows 11
Please carry on as follows:
With browsers closed, enable advanced logging under Help and support -> Technical support Launch a browser and reproduce the issue Stop logging Collect logs with ESET Log Collector and upload the generated archive here (only the ESET staff can access attachments).

Unfortunately it's not clear to me what the problem is and what I should check in the ELC logs. Please elaborate more on the issue.

Marcos received kudos from micasayyo in Eset Banking and Payment Protection Problem
I've just tested BPP with the very latest versions of Chrome, Edge and Firefox and Banking and payment protection worked alright. What is the issue?

Not true. For instance, the script that I provided above doesn't perform anything malicious, yet it was submitted to LiveGuard for analysis and was temporarily blocked.
-
Marcos received kudos from Leonardo in More LiveGuard Concerns
If you want to have a sample analyzed, please send it by email to samples[at]eset.com in an archive encrypted with the password "infected". Files that are sent to LiveGrid go to the ticketing system, however, since most the submitted files is junk and appropriate files (exe/dll, scripts ...) make up maybe less than 1% of the submissions, it's better to submit them by email as instructed above.
