  1. Older versions of installers can be found in this KB: https://support.eset.com/kb2885/ We will remove the installers from here as soon as they become available for download from ESET's download page to save disk space.
  2. They are there now, I had to re-upload the installers because of issues with versioning in the Download feature that we've made accessible today for the first time.
  3. I would run the msi installer manually with the "/lvx* install.log" parameter while capturing operations with Process Monitor. If installation fails, please provide: 1, Compressed Procmon log. 2, Install.log. 3, Logs gathered by ESET Log Collector.
  4. Currently there is no no way to send a wake-up call to offline computers. We will consider and most likely come up with a solution since we fully understand your needs but currently it is not possible.
  5. You have posted in the General forum. What ESET product and version do you have installed?
  6. Please contact ESET UK. I have no clue if they sell subscriptions at all. I assume it's specific to the US and Canada.
  7. Both the ESMC Server and Agent must be able to connect to epns.eset.com on port 8883. Is that condition fulfilled?
  8. A solution was provided also immediately - to temporarily downgrade to v11.0. Some users were provided with a fixed driver but they will need either to remove the fixed driver or uninstall ESET before installing a hotfix. The hotfix 11.2.63.0 addressing the issue is currently downloadable from https://forum.eset.com/files/. If you haven't installed a fixed driver, you can download and install it on top. Otherwise we recommend uninstalling ESET so that all drivers are removed and installing the new version from scratch. The hotfix is going to be released for the public momentarily.
  9. Please check the version of installed Translation support module:
  10. V11.2 has been out for a quite long time and no other users have reported issues with BSOD. I'd rather expect another driver to be the culprit. Before making any conclusions, continue as follows: 1, Provide us with logs gathered by ESET Log Collector. 2, Configuring Windows to generate complete memory dumps as per https://support.eset.com/kb380/. When BSOD occurs, after a restart compress the memory dump and provide it to us for analysis.
  11. Please clarify what you would like to achieve exactly. Ideally with a concrete example. Are you talking about firewall-enabled products ESET Internet Security and ESET Smart Security Premium?
  12. Please install Endpoint locally via an msi installer until the EPI utilized by ERA/ESMC is updated with a fixed version in the repository.
  13. Sending a wake-up call is not possible unless you upgrade agent to v7 as well.
  14. Exactly, it's HIPS's job. Moreover, this is the ESET NOD32 Antivirus forum so I don't understand the connection with a firewall.
  15. Did you download ESET SysRescue iso from https://www.eset.com/index.php?id=249&L=300 and create a bootable usb? If not, please follow the instructions on the mentioned web page.
  16. It appears that the malware has been removed. The website will be removed from blacklist. Next time please report such url blocks as per the instructions at https://support.eset.com/kb141/.
  17. Please email samples[at]eset.com the following stuff: 1, A handful of encrypted files (ideally Office documents not containing sensitive information) 2, Payment instructions for obtaining a decoder that was dropped by the ransomware. 3, Logs gathered by ESET Log Collector. Filecoder decryption service is provided only to paying users. If you haven't purchased a license, please do so and make sure that ESET is installed and activated with the paid license prior to running ELC.
  18. Did you create the SysRescue usb long time ago or just recently? A new version was released in June this year.
  19. If a policy is applied, it will override user's settings. To enforce a particular setting and to ensure that it's not overridden by another policy, select the Force flag:
  20. We haven't supported F5 VPN in any way. I assume it's F5 that needs to add recognition of v11.2 and newer versions, therefore I'd suggest contacting their customer care.
  21. Please elaborate more on what you mean. What exactly worked with v11.1 and doesn't work with v11.2 ?
  22. It can be turned off via E-store as per https://support.eset.com/kb6205/ or by contacting customer care.
  23. There's been an outage of Microsoft Azure cloud services in South Central US which may affect activations and some other cloud services: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/status/
  24. It is a very bad idea to disable startup scan tasks. By disabling them, you lose an important protection layer since only the startup scan can check vulnerable areas, such as the WMI repository, Powershell scripts in the registry, etc. Also without scanning the memory after an update it could happen that a possible malware will run undetected until you restart the computer, ie. it will have enough room to do the damage. Is the scan named "Initial scan" ? Please gather logs with ESET Log Collector and upload the generated archive here. I'd also recommend uninstalling ESET and installing the latest version 11.2.49 from scratch.
  25. Is it somehow related to ESET? Does the issue go away if you uninstall ESET Mobile Security?
