  1. Please contact your local ESET distributor. Unfortunately we have no clue why ESET Smart Security Premium is not offered in your country.
  2. To start off, please gather logs with ESET Log Collector and post the generated archive here.
  3. That's weird. On my machine both were opened in a secure browser. Please post a list of installed ESET modules. Is the eicar test file detected when you download it from https://secure.eicar.org/eicar_com.zip?
  4. Does temporarily disabling real-time protection or HIPS in the advanced setup followed by a computer restart make a difference?
  5. Firstly, we kindly ask you to post in English since this is an English forum. Otherwise moderators and most of users may not understand and be able to help you. I'd recommend submitting a customer care request from the mobile application so that logs with all necessary information are submitted to customer care as well.
  6. I assume that paypal.com should not be redirected to a secure browser at all. It works as a payment gateway (ie. user is redirected from merchant's website to the payment gateway and then back to merchant's website) and BPP does not work with payment gateways in principle. You would need to open https://donate.lovetotherescue.org in a secure browser and continue with the transaction there.
  7. Currently we are experiencing issues with activation servers. Please try again in a few moments. We hope to get the issue resolved quickly. We apologize for the inconvenience.
  8. Please try the following, one at a time, and see if it resolves the issue: 1, Temporarily disable Real-time protection and reboot the machine. 2, Temporarily disable HIPS and reboot the machine. 3, Temporarily disable protocol filtering. Also please gather logs with ESET Log Collector and post the generated archive here.
  9. Currently we are experiencing issues with activation servers. Please try again in a few moments. We hope to get the issue resolved quickly. We apologize for the inconvenience.
  10. Are you still having issues activating ESET? There was a temporary outage of activation services yesterday but now it works alright. Anyways, after renewing a license you don't have to do anything since the license key does not change with a renewal.
  11. For me filtering works for standard users with enhanced protection mode enabled in IE. Two things for you to try: 1, Make sure the following settings are not locked (ie. set by a policy): 2, Try creating a new Windows user account, log into that account and check if the issue persists. 3, Enable pre-release updates to download the latest Internet protection module that fixes certain reoistry permissions on Windows 10. Let us know about your findings.
  12. The website https://ibanking.banksa.com.au uses HTTP/2, hence it's not open in a secure browser automatically.
  13. You can disable application updates in the advanced update setup. However, the program will never update unless you download a new version from the Internet and install it over. It is important to keep the program version always up to date since new versions bring fixes to known issues and features which are important to keep pace with malware makers. Program updates are released every 2-3 months so I don't think it's an issue if users are asked to restart the machine approximately 5 times a year.
  14. Please clarify what you mean by that Anti-Theft won't start. If it's not the above issue, create a new topic so as not to mix different issues here.
  15. Please do not post in this topic intended for suggestions for future versions. Instead create a new topic in the ESET NOD32 Antivirus forum or whichever product you have.
  16. According to the info I've found, it's supposedly a potentially unwanted application from 2016. It's described as: The application is a communications application that allows users to have remote access to or direct contact with an IT consultant over the internet. When installed, it creates a service and runs in the background. It automatically sets up a bind connection and listens to the local port 5001 for incoming connections in order to provide remote access. When the user attempts to uninstall, the application is reinstalled and maintains its persistence even when the user tries to end the application.
  17. Please provide us with some screen shots that would help us understand what's going on. Provide the https url as well as certificate details.
  18. What ESET product / version do you have currently installed on the servers?
  19. Do you have web access protection enabled? Just out of curiosity, why do you want to disable Anti-Phishing? It merely extends the blacklist by other phishing and malicious urls.
  20. ESET NOD32 Antivirus is not intended for Windows Server operating systems. Please uninstall it from Windows servers and install ESET File Security v7 instead.
  21. Here: C:\ProgramData\ESET\RemoteAdministrator\Agent\EraAgentApplicationData\Logs\status.html and here: C:\ProgramData\ESET\RemoteAdministrator\Agent\EraAgentApplicationData\Logs\trace.log .
  22. Does the issue occur even if you manually install a newer version of Endpoint on top of an older older? What older version of Endpoint is installed on the troublesome machines? What oper. system is there?
  23. ibanking.banksa.com.au uses HTTP/2. Since Banking and payment protection doesn't support HTTP/2 yet, it won't open in a secure browser automatically.
