Please provide logs as requested above. I'd also recommend raising a support ticket too.

Hey, can you help me as well. Also why cant i update my subscription?
The license with the public license ID 3AN-7AJ-5J3 expired last year.

You should ignore the warnings. The first archive probably cannot be unpacked due to insufficient free space on a disk or RAM. the second one is exclusively being used by another process or operating system and thus could not be scanned.

Please raise a support ticket with this question.

Password protection is planned to be implemented in one of the future versions of ESET Inspect. Self-defense protects ESET Inspect files from tampering.
-
A fix is being prepared for release which is expected in 1-2 days.

If the machine is connected both via wi-fi and a cable, try turning off the wi-fi or unplugging the cable and see if it makes a difference.
-
If the MAC addresses are the addresses on network adapters on one machine, the detection could be safely silenced by creating an IDS exception.
-
Most likely temporarily disabling http/3 traffic scanning will work around the issue:
-
It means that 2 network adapters share the same IP address for some reason. If the device is trusted and you don't experience any issues, you can create an IDS exception for that IP address and detection.
-
It's basically only one (Rising) out of 71 security software vendors that detect it at VirusTotal. If the tool turns out to be misused in attacks, we'll reconsider detection:

You can create a detection exclusion and ESET will not detect it any more.
-
It would protect the machine like we protect it in products without ESET LiveGuard. Our products are not heavily dependent on ESET LiveGuard.
-
The answer is in the article you have quoted, ie. the maximum size of submitted files is 64 MB. Larger files are not analyzed by ESET LiveGuard.
-
Please check C:\ProgramData\ESET\RemoteAdministrator\Agent\EraAgentApplicationData\Logs\status.html and trace.log for possible errors.
-
It appears there was Magecart malware JS/Spy.Banker.LP trojan according to telemetry but I can't reproduce the detection now even by adding goods to cart and proceeding to checkout.

Seems to be a legit tool, there seems to be no reason for detecting it:
A utility to continuously jiggle the mouse pointer to prevent screen saver activation.
-
if the errors are reported by ESET Endpoint Antivirus for Linux, please raise a support ticket for further troubleshooting of the issues.

But i see for example when it is 70% or above that scan will soon will be finished.
That exactly would not be achieved by what you suggest. The fact that the scan would reach 70% might not mean that it will end soon. Quite the contrary, it could last hours to get to 100% so showing 70% would give a false sense that it would end soon.

Suggestion - while scanning (full scan) there is no % or ETA - remain time.
Can be added this in future? Because i see only a couple of number files and animation but no % until the end.
This is not possible. Otherwise it could happen that scanning from 0 to 90% would take a few minutes and the rest would take much longer because of bigger folders scanned towards the end which would be misleading for users.

Toto hlasenie sa neda vypnut. Je to mozne iba v business verziach, ked administratori maju naplanovany upgrade operacneho systemu, ktory ale vo velkych firemnych sietach trva nejaku dobu.

Please raise a support ticket to find out what the root cause.

Could you please provide an example of such application? As far as I remember, those are typically detected as joke applications and are not malicious as long as they only move the mouse cursor but don't do anything bad.

What firewall do you use? If all outbound communication is allowed by default, there should be no issues with ESET contacting the servers. If it's a locally installed firewall, then allowing all communication for ekrn.exe and egui.exe should suffice.
There is a KB with list of hostnames and IP addresses that various services in ESET products communicate with: https://support.eset.com/en/kb332.
