If you have a valid license, uninstall v12, install the latest v17.0.16 and activate it using your license. Since everything has been said and explained, we'll draw this topic to a close. -

Module updates are not guaranteed once a particular version reaches EOL. V12 reached EOL in 2020 so it's normal that it cannot be updated. -

Please download the installer from https://download.eset.com/com/eset/tools/installers/live_eis/latest/eset_internet_security_live_installer.exe and activate it using a trial license if you want to try it out for the next 30 days before you purchase a license or uninstall the software. -

V12 reached EOL in 2020: https://support-eol.eset.com/en/policy_home/product_tables.html It looks like a cracked version of ESET as it is a kind of a trial license which are supposed to be valid only for 30 days. Please uninstall ESET. If you want to continue using it, purchase a license and install the latest version 17.0.16 from scratch. -

Please check if you can reproduce it with the registry and WMI not being scanned, otherwise it's expected that the counters are refreshed not every second. -

Could it be that SSL/TLS communication is scanned in your network? Is communication with ESET's servers allowed on a firewall or proxy according to https://support.eset.com/en/kb332? -

According to the log it appears that the management agent has been replicating to the server correctly. If you are positive that you have no filters enabled and don't see those servers when you select "All" in the Computers pane, please raise a support ticket for help with further troubleshooting. -

Unfortunately that won't help me. I'd need that file, scan it myself and possibly pass it to developers for perusal if I don't find anything obvious wrong with it. Does changing the scan limits to the maximum possible value make a difference? -

We would need to get the files in question to find out what exactly is reported and why. As for filtering errors, not sure if there's a filter on Mac similar to that on Windows that would allow for hiding warnings and errors: -

Do C:\ProgramData\ESET\RemoteAdministrator\Agent\EraAgentApplicationData\Logs\status.html and trace.log from the troublesome servers contain more details about the issue? Could you please post the logs here? -

Eset keeps blocking RDP from different computers.

RDP is allowed in the trusted zone. It would be dangerous if it was allowed by the firewall from untrusted networks too. Please carry on as follows: Enable advanced logging under Help and support -> Technical support Reproduce the issue with blocked RDP Stop logging Collect logs with ESET Log Collector and upload the generated archive here (only the ESET staff can access attachments). If the archive is too big to upload here, upload it to a file sharing service and drop me a private message with a download link.
