Unfortunately I was unable to find a trial version of Nuance Dragon Pro 16 so that I could try to reproduce it myself. Does the issue return as soon as you install ESET with default settings? Does temporarily disabling HIPS and rebooting the machine make a difference?

Please see my answer above. If you mean a larger network with many endpoints running an outdated version of Windows 10, administrators use SCCM, WSUS, etc. to deploy the latest Windows or other product updates centrally.

These detections come from the Network attack protection, not from Vulnerability & Patch Management. Please clarify. Are you testing a 3rd party vulnerability scanner which has nothing to do with ESET Vulnerability & Patch Management?

I don't think there would be that many false positives, maybe a network vulnerability scan was run which triggered the detections. If you would like to verify the detections, please reproduce it and create an advanced network protection log for perusal.

The problem with the duration counter is tracked as I have mentioned. There is no ETA for a fix yet since it's a very minor visual issue.

If ESET was installed on the server in the past, make sure that the folder "C:\ProgramData\ESET\ESET Security" doesn't exist prior to running the installer.
