  1. It's not possible for https sites. If you block a domain, it will take precedence over any permissive rules since this block is evaluated during the handshake.
  2. Please provide me with the dump C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP in a compressed form. If it's kernel memory dump, try to get a complete memory dump as per https://support.eset.com/en/kb380, if needed for perusal.
  3. Since we need a kernel or complete memory dump from a crash, it's necessary to install ESET again and reproduce the crash. Please check if you didn't enable scanning of network drives in the real-time protection setup; we recommend keeping it disabled not only because it can cause BSOD with the current version of ESET under certain circumstances.

  11. The new Outlook plug-in was not supposed to be in v8.1. It's pending for an in-depth review before it's added to Endpoint.

  13. The linked KB article refers to Windows update. In order to keep your MacOS secure, make sure to update it to latest versions when released.

  17. We assume that you have changed the product after installation. Could you confirm? It turned out that In such case it's necessary to clear the update cache manually in order for a file with repository metadata to be re-downloaded. In the future we'll do it automatically when the user changes the product.

  20. In this case search for "/adit/documentation/documentation.php" which will help you locate the malicious JS on your website.
  21. The dialog asking you "Do you want to Dnload XXX kB" suggests that you have this option enabled: Please disable it and see how update behaves then.
  22. It looks like the firewall is filtering all outbound communication by default. I was unable to activate ESET with the firewall enabled despite allowing all communication for a lot of processes so I wouldn't be surprised if update didn't work either.
  23. It's unlikely that ESET would be the culprit. Applications run sandboxed on Android so they cannot affect each other. You could try temporarily uninstalling ESET but I assume it won't make any difference.
  24. Yes, it works with both EP v7 and v8.
