The heat-map doesn't seem to provide that granular information about concrete applications used at specific times. You can contact your local ESET reseller with such request, however.

ESET does not prevent you from running commands as an administrator unless you manually create the appropriate custom HIPS rules. Does temporarily uninstalling ESET actually makes a difference and the issue returns as soon as you install the latest version with default settings?

[Push antivirus update notification to reboot]

When creating a software install task, you can choose the maximum time for which the user can postpone the reboot or if they can cancel it. You can also send a Shutdown (reboot) computer task to force a reboot.

ESET PROTECT (cloud) also allows for sending a Product upgrade task which will upgrade the product via the so-called micro PCU update the next time the user restarts the machine and it's resilient to installation issues or errors.

Since we could not find any issue in the attached logs, please raise a support ticket. A logging version of the Safe banking and payment module will need to be installed to get more information.

[Malicious use of ESET against me.]

ESET is a reputable security company that has been on the market for more than 30 years already. Out products do not perform any malicious actions  nor do contain a remote control function. Even the remote management agent cannot control the machine and merely maintenance connection between Endpoint and the ESET PROTECT server.

Also running a script cannot be considered malicious unless the script is malicious. Many legitimate programs and also Windows itself may run script for legitimate purposes.

The best would be if you could provide some screenshots for illustration but I'm sure there must be some misunderstanding of what you were seeing.
