I am using a Windows version 10 virtual server, with ESET Server Security version 10.0.12014.0, I have a couple more but I wanted to test one and see if it works on the others. Good morning! I just transferred a license to my account, as described in https://help.eset.com/eba/en-US/move_license_another_eba_account.html. Now I have two licenses... I already see the two licenses in my EBA account and the devices as well. But I can't see them in my Protect Cloud account. How can I do it, to be able to manage them?

Yo i had the same problem but when i was using my cam on discord in logs i also saying that my opera browser tried to reach same exact microsoft streaming service proxy but was alway denied and when i checked the thing u said above there was nothing here exact 2 thinks that could have acces to this with my admit but it always show when i am using my cam on discord do u know what it can be?

Maybe I will add. By purchasing the product (software itself) ESET Smart Security Premium, you have purchased 1 of the Premium service level/package. So you can use this or any lower product - Internet Security, NOD32 Antivirus. It is the same as if you bought 1pc of the Premium level package, which would entitle you to download the ESET Smart Security Premium product/software, or any lower - Internet Security, NOD32 Antivirus.

Unfortunately it is not clear what you would like to achieve. ESET will block malicious urls or scripts on websites that you open in a browser.

Essential, Premium, Ultimate are "packages" of services / price levels. Within them, you get the right to install and use the products that are Eset Antivirus, Internet Security, Smart Security Premium, Security Ultimate. It's a bit confusing. 😶 The thing is that for example in the Premium level you can have 5 (3,6,7 - different) products. Each different (on PC, Android, Mac) that are included in the respective price level. So you can't use Security Ultimate, but the highest product would be Smart Security Premium. In doing so, you can also use a lower product Internet Security, or Antivirus. (In this case, however, you are unnecessarily overpaying for a more expensive "package" of services. 👍 At the same time, you need to be careful because the software itself has been slightly renamed. For example, the original ESET Smart Security is now ESET Smart Security Premium.... At least that's my understanding, and it is in our region. If it's different somewhere else in the world, I don't know. 🤔

Did you import a configuration xml recently or in the past?

I'm also seeing the First Scan option in a similar way to the OP. I won't be uninstalling/reinstalling as it simply isn't an issue for me.

I'm trying to transfer a quarantined file to a Distributed File System (DFS). Unfortunately, I'm facing an error on the client end, with the console showing only a "Failed" progress status without additional information. I've ensured that I'm using the same credentials as when accessing the console, and I've experimented with various combinations of forward and backward slashes in the file path. ESET Smart Security Premium is not a discontinued product. Perhaps you have confused it with ESET Smart Security.

Thanks. In my region I can buy at a lower price the discontinued product ESET SMART SECURITY PREMIUM, and I was thinking if I can use it with ESET Home Security (latest in their portofolio) It is a bit onfusing, I know - in Eset portal I always see the exact product name/license that I bought.

As far as I know, some distributors do not sell subscriptions yet. That said, if you purchase an ESET Smart Security Premium license, you will be able to activate and use ESET Smart Security Premium. If your local distributor already sells subscriptions, with an ESET Home Security Premium subscription you will be able to activate ESET Smart Security Premium.

You could simply put a DKMS config file in the right place, so it is picked up automatically in case DKMS is installed. This does not hurt and does not add dependencies.

We should run powershell only when the computer starts. Please provide a WPR recording for perusal.

Hi, I have to say that I don't expect the boot log to contain high CPU info. It only occurs after the screen is locked. Would you accept a WPR recording? I can generate one quickly. That reflects my lock-screen use case, not manually executing the powershell command. I believe the key is why and under what condition the powershell process is launched. Why does it insist on 10.43.27.0, instead of the obviously correct 17.1.11.0? And if this behavior can be disabled, everything will be fine.
